Meet Mrs. Katherine McCauley-Morow

Katherine believes therapy is a journey to partner with individuals in support of learning to heal, grow and learn techniques to help deal with the stressors life presents for us. She aims to support, educate and offer interventions to those who are suffering from anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem and inter-personal relationship matters. Her therapeutic approach believes in encouraging and building clients self worth which will enhance their quality of living. Katherine uses an array of clinical interventions and practices as an eclectic approach to therapy, to include, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and person-centered objectives.
